Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2-3 working days to process your order. If a normal working day your order will likely be shipped sooner. We use Royal Mail for our shipping mostly.
STORE PICKUP - (42-44 Market Street, Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, HX76AA)
Orders can be picked up Wed-Sun, from 10am-5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
UK SHIPPING RATES
For calculated UK shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices are currently £3.69 for up to 2kg and £5.29 for 2-20kg, anything heavier than 20kg is free shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping worldwide, however you will need to contact us at hello@naturalcrystalcompany.co.uk if you require international shipping.
The checkout process currently only allows automatic shipping calculations for the UK, if you contact us with the international delivery address and required goods, we will calculate a bespoke rate for you based on the size, weight and exact destination for your package - which we will obtain a quote for. If the costs are acceptable, we will then send an invoice to you directly for the products and shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Natural Crystal Company Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@naturalcrystalcompany.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
